Masterchef finalist and Oxfordshire based chef, Dave Wells is taking over The Cartshed for two nights to celebrate the return of indoor dining and The Cartshed’s long awaited comeback. He is crafting a six plate tasting menu packed with intrigue and his signature complex flavour profiles.
Tartare of miso tomatoes & goats cheese
Coddled egg, smoked haddock curry mousse, parsley oil, wild puffed rice and filo pastry
Lime, chilli, pickled cucumber & cocoa butter bomb
Aged beef fillet, treacle glaze, bone marrow, sous vide garlic escargot, parsley puree, with a black garlic emulsion and jus
Banana parfait, chocolate cremeux, popcorn & caramel
The Cartshed will be running a fully stocked bar and offering an carfeully matched four glass wine tasing menu to be served alongside on the night. You can decide on the night if you would like the wine flight.
