28 day dry aged beef fillet, wrapped in parma ham, mushroom duxelle and puff pastry, served with dauphinoise potatoes, green beans & garlic butter, shallot puree and a red wine and bone marrow sauce.


All freshly prepared, ready to pop in the oven. We'll provide timings and instructions. 


Serves 2 people and available on Fridays only for collection from The Oxshed Cafe or local delivery.  Order by midday on Thursday.
