Cartshed - toasted sourdough with avocado, two poached eggs with either smoked salmon or bacon

Veggie (V) - toasted sourdough with avocado, halloumi, two poached eggs, chilli jam, with a side of roasted plum tomato & portobello mushroom

Rebel – toasted sourdough with avocado, two rashers of back bacon, fried halloumi, two poached eggs, chilli jam with a side of roasted plum tomato & portobello mushroom 

Red Pepper Hummus (Vg) – toasted sourdough, homemade red pepper hummus, apricot, sliced avocado, toasted pine nuts & chilli oil (vg)

Burger – 6oz chilli beef burger with Monterey Jack cheese, cos lettuce and sliced plum tomato in a brioche bun with spicy slaw and baby potato and mint salad 

 

Hot dog – Cumberland pork sausage & caramelised onion in a hot dog bun with minted potatoes and cos lettuce

 

Chicken Yakitori – Marinated chicken thigh and spring onion skewers, rice noodle salad with red pepper, carrot, chopped fresh herbs, pickled radish, cucumbers and miso dressing

 

Lamb Gyros - grilled lamb shoulder, pitta breads, pomegranate cous cous with red pepper hummus and courgette & cucumber tzatziki 

 

Halloumi Souvlaki (V), served with pitta breads, pomegranate cous cous with red pepper hummus and courgette & cucumber tzatziki 

 

Salads (served cold):

 

Salmon & Avocado – smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber, beef tomato with a caper and dill dressing

 

Chicken & Nectarine – ginger poached chicken, nectarine, green beans, cos lettuce, sugar snaps and a zingy lime, honey and soy dressing

 

Miso Veg Noodles (Vg) – rice noodle salad with red pepper, carrot, chopped fresh herbs, pickled radish, cucumbers and miso dressing
